Progress of Memoy & Future

This video documents the resume of the process behind the mural “Memory & Future,” realized in Madison, Wisconsin after being selected as the winning artist through an international open call organized by the Bayview Foundation and the Public Art Committee.

From early sketches and community research to the final layers of color, the process reveals how the mural was shaped through dialogue with the site and its surroundings. The piece explores the relationship between memory and transformation, honoring the stories, roots, and experiences of the community while opening space for hope and future possibilities.

For me, this mural represents a bridge between generations: a visual conversation where the past becomes a foundation and the future an invitation to imagine new paths together.
